I was trying to solve the problem of half an apple floating on the canvas and nothing to hold it down. I couldn't figure out where to end the turquoise outline without still giving the "floating" look. Then the duh moment came to simply create a slight shadow/horizon and there it was!

What colors did you use in this? I love the combo. Really like the purple background.
